What we coordinate before you arrive.

  • Virtual workup

    Your initial consultation can happen on a video call. We'll review your records and outline candidacy before you book a flight.

  • Clustered scheduling

    We compress your in-person diagnostics, surgery, and first follow-up into one trip - typically two visits across two or three days.

  • Hotel recommendations

    Our team can point you to vetted hotels within five minutes of the clinic. Several offer corporate rates we'll share with you.

  • Airport logistics

    DFW and Love Field are both within a 30-minute drive. We'll help you plan ride-share or rental car logistics around your surgery day.

  • Long-distance follow-up

    We can coordinate routine post-op care with your local eye doctor - limiting return trips to the ones that actually matter.

  • On-site recovery suite

    After surgery, you'll spend an hour in our recovery suite before heading back to your hotel. No driving home through unfamiliar roads.

A typical out-of-town visit

What three days look like.

  1. 01PM
    Step 01

    Day 1 · Diagnostics

    You arrive in the afternoon, drop your bags at the hotel, and come straight in for a complete diagnostic workup. We finalize your surgical plan that evening.

  2. 02AM
    Step 02

    Day 2 · Surgery

    Surgery is morning-of, typically 15-30 minutes per eye. You'll spend an hour in recovery and head back to the hotel to rest.

  3. 03AM
    Step 03

    Day 3 · Follow-up

    First post-op exam in the morning. If everything looks great - and it almost always does - you can fly home that afternoon.

    Long-distance care

    Routine follow-ups can be coordinated with your local optometrist. We see you back in person if anything needs review.
