We're generally hiring for...
Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT/COMT)
Run patient diagnostics, pre-op imaging, and post-op evaluations alongside Dr. Shehz. Refractive and lens-surgery experience preferred.
Surgical Coordinator
Schedule and prep cases, coordinate consents, and support Dr. Shehz in the OR. Refractive surgery background a strong plus.
Patient Coordinator (bilingual)
Front-of-house and back-end scheduling. English + Spanish required. Calm, warm, organized - the voice patients hear first.
Billing & Insurance Specialist
Run benefit checks, manage HSA/FSA paperwork, and walk patients through estimates with full transparency.
