Visionary Eye Surgery is a surgeon-led practice. Dr. Shehzperforms every surgery himself, and one team handles each patient's care from consultation through follow-up, with no handoffs to another office.
Because the team is small, every role matters. We take our time hiring, we train new teammates properly, and we hope the people who join us stay for years.
